I think it’s time to face facts: there will be no big New Year’s Eve parties this year. Who am I kidding? I can’t remember the last time I made it to midnight. But this year, the option isn’t even safely on the table. So I’m making a suggestion. Instead of putting our time and effort into NYE celebrations, let’s make it all about New Year’s Day. This year, kick off the first day of the new year with an incredibly delicious brunch in your house.
