New Year’s Day Brunch Ideas

I think it’s time to face facts: there will be no big New Year’s Eve parties this year. Who am I kidding? I can’t remember the last time I made it to midnight. But this year, the option isn’t even safely on the table. So I’m making a suggestion. Instead of putting our time and effort into NYE celebrations, let’s make it all about New Year’s Day. This year, kick off the first day of the new year with an incredibly delicious brunch in your house. Set a beautiful table, make a French press and chow down on one of these decadent meals that are special enough to ring in the new year. And the beauty of brunch? You can eat it whenever, so even if you do make it to midnight and want to hit snooze a few times, these recipes will be perfect for that late morning nosh.
