5 “I Really Don’t Want To Work Out” Workout Ideas

We all know that feeling. The “I really don’t want to work out, but I know that I should” feeling. I find it happens even more so this past year during quarantine. But sometimes mixing it up can help you dig deep and find the motivation to get up and move. Besides, we always feel good after we finish the workout, and we’re always glad we did it. So the next time you’re feeling unmotivated, try changing it up with one of these workout ideas.

’90s Dance Workout

How can you not enjoy working out when it’s dancing to ’90s favorites like Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys and TLC? These dance workouts are quick, but a fun way to work up a sweat.

Lazy Girl Workout

A full-body workout that you can even do from the comfort of your bed. It might be called a “lazy girl” workout, but your ab muscles will definitely be feeling it the next day.

Jump Rope Party

This isn’t your classic game of double dutch. This 10-minute music-based jump rope workout will have you sweating like you just ran a marathon. How did we do this so easily when we were kids?!

Roller Skating

Roller skating is definitely having a moment right now, and we love the nostalgia of this fun workout idea. You’ll have so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working out.

Walk it Out

Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any Keaira LaShae workout video. She makes it feel like you’re working out with your hilarious best friend and the time flies by. This hour-long workout will get your heart rate up and is great for those looking for a low-impact routine.
