Our contributor Katherine Hilton is sharing her personal favorite smoothie recipes! These are perfect for summer mornings.
Smoothies are one of our favorite ways to start the day. They are quick, delicious and if made correctly, can be really great for you. They are especially good in the summer when temperatures and humidity are at their highest. That’s why our contributor, Katherine Hilton, is rounding up five of her favorite smoothie recipes to start your day with this summer.
I make all of my smoothies with frozen fruit. I find that using frozen fruit makes the smoothie creamier and colder. I also use Arbonne protein powder in my smoothies because it is my favorite, however, you can use whichever protein powder you like best. I try to sneak a handful of frozen spinach in my smoothies to get a dose of greens. If the spinach is not for you, feel free to leave it out. I hope you enjoy it!
