12 Zoom-Friendly Accessories You Can Keep At Your Desk

After years of working from home, I’ve realized that the only way to stay on top of things in my digital life is by ensuring I am prepared. I have an L-shaped desk, not because I actually need all of the space, but I do have an appreciation for pretty things. If my desk isn’t aesthetically pleasing, my day is immediately thrown off.

Plus, it doesn’t help that I often have to hop on a last-minute Zoom meeting for one reason or another. Sometimes, that means I need to be camera-ready and professional in 10 minutes or less. Yes, the pressure is on.

These Zoom-friendly accessories can double as décor for your desk, and will easily help you get camera-ready.

Rough Green Tourmaline Ring ($39.99)

My fellow crystal babes, nothing is chicer than wearable rocks. When I’m in work mode, I will wear my crystal rings to help keep me focused and inspired.

Dotted Knotted Headband ($18)

My hair is well-known for its bad behavior. I tend to get headaches from keeping my buns in too long, so I love a big headband to push back my crazy hair and hide my bedhead.

Colorblock Floral Hair Tie ($33.60)

My latest go-to has been hair ties with longbows — they are such a quick and easy way to add some flair to a very basic look.

Rose Gold Rope Chain ($110)

We have two dogs now, so my AirPods have been essential for getting through meetings. However, tiny things are so easy to lose, even if I think I know where I last placed them.

Bella Blue Light Glasses ($98)

I have a prescription pair and a pair for when I’m wearing contacts. If you sit in front of a computer all day as I do, you will definitely want to protect your eyes from the constant blue light. Plus, they instantly add to your look!

Aura Clearing Mist ($28)

Part of prepping for a Zoom meeting involves mentally preparing. I like to have a clear mind, and you can’t go wrong with a soothing aroma.

Double Butterfly Drop Earrings ($48)

Dressing up may be out of the question these days, but your ears can still look fancy with these earrings.

Kerri Rosenthal Pride Clutch ($78)

Pack all of your must-have tech items in the perfect. Tuck away cords, your Apple Pencil, whatever else you usually toss around your desk.

Mini Phone Grip ($20)

My biggest qualm with Popsockets is the fact that I can’t stick my phone on a stand or my wireless charger. All that’s changed thanks to the removable option from Casemate.

Women’s Wild Wear Calf Sock ($48)

Business at the top, party downstairs with playful socks!

Floral Print Kimono ($30)

I hide my jammies under a beautiful kimono for an instantly polished look…no one needs to know I’m actually in sweats.

Ellie Vail Zephyr Paperclip Lariat Necklace ($65)

Statement necklaces are a thing again, thankfully!
