These Are The Top Cruelty-Free Beauty Brands On Our Radar

Clean beauty is something very important to us here at Glitter Guide. From makeup to skincare to haircare, we’re all about removing icky toxins from our beauty routine. But not all clean beauty is created equal. When choosing products, the number-one thing we look for is cruelty-free beauty brands. So if you’re interested in saving all the bunnies too, check out some of our current favorite cruelty-free beauty brands we have on our radar.

HoliFrog

I am at heart a science nerd, so I love this brand new skincare line, HoliFrog. It’s all about the mind-skin connection and its face washes are formulated for all different types of skincare issues. I love that the brand makes it easy to know which wash to use based on your skincare needs for the day.

what you should try out:

Versed

Clean beauty, personalized regimens and budget-friendly, to boot! If you’ve been looking to clean up your skincare routine and are overwhelmed by options, Versed makes it easy. It even has a quiz that will help guide you toward the perfect regimen. Bonus, you can snag all the products on your next Target run.

what you should try out:

W3ll People

Plant-based makeup that actually looks good? Yes, it’s totally possible. I think I have three or four W3ll People products on my face as I write this! The brow gel is my favorite one on the market, and the tinted moisturizer is perfect for everyday wear. I love that you can snag this brand at Target, too.

what you should try out:

Kosas Cosmetics

If I have three or four W3ll People products on right now, the rest are Kosas. This clean beauty brand is highly pigmented and makes super-high-quality products without any of the toxins. Plus, you’ll rest easy knowing your new favorite lipstick was never tested on a cute, fluffy bunny.

what you should try out:

Biossance

There’s clean beauty, and then there’s clean, clean beauty. With a blacklist of over 2,000 ingredients, Biossance is only good, pure skincare. The brand also packages all of its products in sustainable and eco-friendly materials. The rose-based products are some of my favorite skincare treats.

what you should try out:

Éminence Organic Skincare

I first discovered this luxury skincare line when I got a facial at a local spa. I was immediately drawn to the natural, plant-based ingredients and the holistic formulas. Even the ingredients it harvests are from a biodynamic farm, which means seeds are planted and crops are harvested following the lunar cycle so that when the tides are high, roots receive the most moisture and goodness. As an alternative to harsh pesticides, the farm uses herbal teas and plant-friendly honey traps from local bees as natural insect repellents ensuring that all biodynamic ingredients are farmed as naturally as possible.
