A Delightful Summer Afternoon Of Self-Care

This summer, I want to challenge you to set aside a minimum of one afternoon a month for self-care. Maybe you play hooky for the day if you’re able, or maybe you pencil it in on a Sunday. Either way, let your partner, your kids, anyone who may impede your dedicated time of self-care know that you’re unavailable for a few hours. This article is meant to serve as a guide, but at the end of the day, you spend your self-care afternoon however feels best. The important thing is that the time is set aside to give yourself a break. Find activities that make you feel good on your own terms.

But to get you started, try our simple summer self-care afternoon guide.
