Nicole Altavilla is a freelance writer and editor specializing in beauty, lifestyle and wellness. She is a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a degree in magazine journalism and worked as a magazine writer and editor in New York City before embarking on her freelance career. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children, and relishes her role as copy editor at Glitter Guide because it gives her the chance to show off her sharp spelling and grammar skills.
