Rosé has long been our preferred summer sip—really, there’s nothing better after a long day of work in the summer than sipping a glass of rosé outside. Lately, we’ve seen rosé cocktails popping up left and right and decided it was about time we tried making one of our own! Lucky for us, we got our hands on the orange-infused Sacré Sauvage cocktail recipe, which is made with a heavy pour of Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage, orange bitters and liqueur. Let’s just say this is our new choice cocktail and we’ll be serving up trays of them this summer!
The Sacré Sauvage
In a glass, combine:
- 4 ounces Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage (or your sparkling rosé of choice)
- Ice cubes or ice ball
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1/2 ounce triple sec/orange liqueur
- Zest of pomelo (or pink grapefruit)
