This crisp, citrus-infused Belgian-style beer has a light, effervescent taste that pairs perfectly with the fresh spring flavors of this salad.

Oven Fries With Herbs  & Pecorino + Crispin Rosé Cider

If beer isn’t necessarily your jam, try this hard cider that reminds us of our favorite summer rosé. Besides, if there’s a better combination than rosé and french fries, we don’t know what it is.

Bobby Flay’s Turkey Burgers + New Belgium Fat Tire

We’re craving this flavorful turkey burger topped with goat cheese and infused with Meyer lemon. Pour a glass of New Belgium Fat Tire to go along with your burger. This well-balanced amber ale is on the sweet, malty side and is exactly what we want when chowing on a burger.

Vietnamese Rolls + Brooklyn Bel Air Sour

Traditionally, Vietnamese rolls have a lot of acidity, but the pickled veggies and crisp white radish in this recipe lend beautifully to the dry, tart finish of this Bel Air Sour.

Crunchy Thai Salad + Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin

The sweet, herbaceous Thai-profile, mixed with the tar grapefruit and bitter hops of this IPA are a match made in heaven.
