I remember the dress so perfectly. It was yellow with a smocked top and the sweetest tie sleeves. I think I got it at somewhere like Charlotte Russe or Forever 21…somewhere that felt very grown up to my 13-year-old brain. So as I was perusing Anthropologie the other day, imagine my delight and surprise to see dresses that look exactly like that special dress.
